Thursday Pearls

"Few delights can equal the presence of one whom we trust utterly."

~ George MacDonald

"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thy own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."

~ Proverbs 3:5-6

"Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.  Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass."

~ Psalm 37:4-5

A most wonderfully blessed Thurday to you, my dear readers...may the Lord fill your hearts with joy and peace as you seek to delight yourself in Him and put your trust in the One who cares deeply for you...

With love in Christ Jesus,

  1. I do so enjoy that painting, Kelly-Anne. A friend gave it to me as a gift, and when we moved from our home at that location I was downsizing and gave it to the same lady's daughter who had recently been married.

    Proverbs 3:5-6 ...my favorite verse!
